If you feel you have not made a bond with your reader within the first three to four paid minutes, hang up and call us at (800) 882-0432. We will give you those minutes back – or their equivalent value – at no charge and refer you to another reader. This option is only available to you one time and on your first reading. Once you have made a bond with a particular psychic, you are free to speak with other psychics, but we will not refund your minutes if you don't make a connection.
We offer a full, money back guarantee on your first reading. However, once we have refunded your purchase, you will be blocked from using our service.
